Harald Neumann replaces Lawrence Levy as Ainsworth CEO

Lawrence Levy resigns as CEO of Ainsworth Game Technology Limited (AGT) and is replaced by Harald Neumann.

Levy will leave the post on September 10, 2021, and Neumann will take over on October 1, 2021. The latter appointment is subject to regulatory approval and completion of contract details.

AGT said CFO Mark Ludski will assume the additional role of interim CEO between the two dates “to ensure continuity of leadership and oversight of the company’s operations”.

AGT President Danny Gladstone said: Lawrence has decided to resign for personal reasons and wishes him good health.

“We are fortunate to have Harald as our new CEO. A former successful CEO of Novomatic AG, our major shareholder and director of AGT, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role with a thorough understanding of AGT.

“He will be able to transition smoothly to his new position. Based in Las Vegas, Harald will lead AGT in our largest market, which will continue to drive growth and recovery.”

Neumann has served as the company’s director since February 2017 and will become a director in an executive capacity from 1 October 2017, with remuneration terms expected to be similar to Levy’s.
