The Danish operator CEGO has been licensed by the Gambling Commission to operate in the UK.
CEGO, which operates online casino brands Spilnu and Lyckost, will now operate in three jurisdictions, as it already operates in Denmark and Sweden.
The company will continue its strategy of providing games that are ideally suited to recreational players, adding that “the content can be tailored to perfectly fit the target market in each jurisdiction.”
The group went on to say: “With 80% of its content delivered in-house, CEGO takes an organic approach to its products and minimizes reliance on third-party software, allowing CEGO to deliver the ultimate play experience with personalized and exciting games. You can. “
Spilnu was released in Denmark in 2012 and Lyckost was launched in the Swedish market in 2019, both of which generate most of their revenue from their games.
Allan Auning-Hansen, CEO of CEGO, said, “We are very excited to be able to expand into new markets. It is especially important in online gaming as it is in the UK.
“At CEGO, we have a proven concept and approach to player acquisition and retention. We look forward to bringing this experience to the UK market and continuing to provide players with a fun and high-quality game.”
