Raketech, IGaming’s performance marketing partner, announced the acquisition of Infinileads SL, a casino affiliate marketing company based in Spain.
The deal marks a strategic milestone as Raketech takes positions in more Latin American emerging markets such as Argentina, Mexico and Peru. This comes with Infinileads’ core markets: Portugal, Spain and Italy.
With this acquisition, Raketech met its target of 5% of the group’s total sales in the fourth quarter of this year. The full purchase price is as follows: €$4.5 million in cash and debt-free basis ($5.3 million) in two installments: €2.5 million by the end of January 31, 2021 €2 million by the end of January 31, 2022. Additional revenue payments are possible based on performance measurement over the 24-month period after closing.
Infinilead’s library of free casino games is expected to synergize Raketech’s free games portfolio by driving high user engagement. The acquisition of such affiliates will advance Rakatech and its market over a 24-month period.
